Managing Director

Naeem Mirza

Founder and Managing Director of the Exterior Interior, Naeem is responsible for creating the strategy for the business and ensuring its effective implementation. He manages the main areas of the business and oversees the Construction, Commercial and Technical teams to ensure delivery of all projects to time and budget.

Commercial Director

Philip Murphy

Philip has considerable experience of the construction industry. Qualified as a Surveyor over 40 years ago, he has held several Director positions in development and consulting companies. He recently retired as a Partner of PRP where he led the project management and employer’s agent team. He has worked with many of the leading registered housing providers and has skills in developing mixed tenure housing and regeneration projects. He will be responsible for coordinating client requirements and liaising with their employer’s agents.

Contracts Manager

Jason Birch

As Contracts Manager Jason Birch, oversees the Construction delivery area of the business. His involvement ranges from design and construction team management to overseeing the build programme and customer satisfaction.

Development Manager

Gavin Tindall

Gavin is responsible for sourcing new construction opportunities and promoting Exterior Interior. His background in business development and relationships with key clients means he has a wealth of contacts allowing him to secure new business opportunities and undertake the necessary due diligence to bring these opportunities to fruition.
